Client Director   

We are recruiting an experienced Client Director with a strong personality that is comfortable with international C-level client management. You are able to spot the needs of our clients before they see them and translate them to concrete business development opportunities. You know how to connect the dots and work in close collaboration with our Creative Director and Business Director. You easily switch between the macro perspective of a business and brand strategy and the micro perspective of product propositions and design solutions. You feel comfortable collaborating and managing people with different skill sets: C-level tech suite, marketeers, data analysts, designers and engineers.

Responsibilities:  

• Challenge clients by always being one step ahead in their business

Industrial Design Lead   

We are recruiting a passionate and experienced industrial designer who can translate innovation programs into design strategies for global brands, consumer products and brand-driven structural packaging. You are able to easily switch between the macro perspective of a brand strategy and micro perspective of design and engineering details. This is a hands-on role that will include you designing your own projects as well as guiding and mentoring the team. You thrive in a constantly changing working environment; new clients, new challenges and new opportunities.  

 Responsibilities: 

• Deep dive in the universe of our clients’ brands and design standards
• Execute design projects, ensuring product development objectives and schedules are met
Develop and implement design strategy, incorporating insights and business needs
Easily switch between a global brand context and a design solution on a product level
Maintain an understanding of our clients’ brands, competition, industry and relevant trends
Proven understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes in product development
Extensive insight and knowledge of production methods and materials
Drive communication of the products design intent to manufacturers 

You: 

• Have a Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Design
• Have 5+ years of experience designing physical products and packaging at a (global) design agency.
Have a high-level of proficiency in industrial design digital creation tools; sketching (Sketch book pro), 3D-CAD (Rhino/SolidWorks) rendering (Keyshot, Corona) and Adobe CS Suite.
Are an articulate and persuasive presenter of your ideas and design solutions both externally and internally.

Brand Designer

Our design team is recruiting for a brand designer who is conceptually strong but is also able to focus on and craft the smallest details. You understand and embrace the power of brands and distinctive assets and know how to translate this into design work that is bold, contemporary and meaningful. You are able to easily switch between different industries and categories (from Technology to FMCG), creating work that is appropriate for our clients’ vision. You have experience in taking creative ownership and working with internal and freelance teams. You will be working closely together with our creative director, strategy consultants and team of industrial designers and visualizers.  

 You: 

• Are a brand designer with 5+ years of experience working across a variety of categories (preferably on global brands).
• Are a strategic thinker and creative do-er.
Have experience in translating storytelling into 360° brand worlds.
Are able to create work across the full spectrum of visual identity – from branding and visuals (including art-directing motion & illustration) to conceptual packaging and environment.
Understand the value of design for business and brand equity.
Have an excellent grasp of Adobe software, knowledge of 3D or motion graphics is a plus.
Can work with brand guidelines and possess a strong knowledge of design standards.

Technical Project Lead

Responsibilities:

• Deep dive in the universe of our clients’ universe from packaging and product design POV.
Have understanding of and experience with corporate structures and culture.
Collaborate effectively in a team with cross-functional stakeholders.
Translate innovation strategy into simple, understandable design solutions and differentiating brand propositions.
Develop design solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary Qindle teams.
Take on Project Lead activities such as stakeholder management, budget responsibility etc.
Source suppliers and organise prototyping with Qindle and external stakeholders.
Support Qindle in further building thought leadership: omni-channel packaging solutions, sustainable packaging, 4th industrialisation: automation of pack and production lines.

• Have 10+ years of experience as a design/creative lead

Creative Data Analyst

We are recruiting a creative data analyst who can seamlessly find, navigate, filter and report data. You have highly developed analytical experience including data analytics & reporting techniques, data visualization via Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI & Tableau as well as forecasting and modelling.  A strong analytical reasoning combined with solid knowledge and experience of MS Excel (including cleaning and transforming data with advanced formulas/VLookUps/Index etc. & Pivot tables) as well as Power BI/Tableau is a must.

You also have experience in working with leading research and data suppliers as well as public data sources. Data focus: industry performance, market sales, consumer, brand equity, market forecast and retail data. You ensure our creative consultancy becomes rooted in deep consumer & industry understanding and is driven through facts and data-based decision making. You have a solid professional expertise in global consumer and market insights, superior analytics expertise and an excellent understanding of evidence-based marketing principles. You support our innovation strategy team with finding, selecting and presenting project relevant data. Furthermore, you will be the liaison between Qindle and market intelligence teams and data specialists on client’s side. You blossom in a constantly changing working environment, new people, new clients, new opportunities.
