We seek a Design Engineer with a passion for problem-solving to join our international team. You will work alongside our consultants, strategists, designers, and visualisers to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You thrive in a constantly changing environment, are responsible for organising your work and take responsibility for consistently delivering better solutions. You will need an eye for detail while keeping an overview on the full context of a project.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Technology ideation and innovation workshops
R&D research in Tech and Health industries
Development of mechanical & electrical systems
Product & structural packaging engineering
Contact with clients and suppliers
Creating source briefs, production plans etc.
Organising mock-ups & prototypes
Prototype building & testing

We’re looking for

To be considered for this position, you are or need to have the following:

At least 8-10 years of experience as a design engineer
Experience in 3DCAD (complex surface) modelling in Solid Works
Product and Packaging design engineering experience
Strong communication skills, organised and a keen eye for detail
Are curious, self-motivated and always strive for the best solution
Have a view of your profession and stand for the work you believe in
Believe in teamwork, value diversity of thought and enjoy collaborating
Fluent in written and spoken English
