Our design + tech team is recruiting a technical project lead, a strong personality that can holistically connect an innovation roadmap with industrial design, prototyping and industrialisation of products and packaging. You work closely with our supply eco-system (electronics, prototyping, moulding, sheet-metal, assembly, material specialists, QC, …)

You feel comfortable in collaborating and managing people with different skill sets: design and tech suite, marketeers, designers and engineers. Switching between content, client and project management. You thrive in a constantly changing environment: new insights, new challenges, new opportunities every day. That you organize your work, is needless to say, you’re self-responsible and constantly thrive for better solutions, processes and quality.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of supply chain and corporate structures and culture
• Manage a team with cross-functional stakeholders: consultants, designers and engineers
• Develop design & prototype solutions in collaboration with industrial designers and engineers
• Source suppliers, organise prototyping projects and set-up quality control processes
• Supply management and quality control for high-end, full-functional prototypes
• Defining and developing quality standards for both Qindle and suppliers
• Project Lead activities: stakeholder management, responsible for budget and client
