Kaldi Coffee

Kaldi is one of the top five providers of quality coffee and tea in the Netherlands. As Kaldi has a growing network of franchises –including abroad – our teams partnered up to reinforce the identity and positioning of both brand and shops.

Qindle® worked closely with Kaldi’s management and franchisees on its brand proposition, advising on the best way to convey the shops’ unique combination of high-quality products and service. An internal branding session helped reaching a common understanding of the company’s ambition.

By working on the brand’s assets and affirming its position on the market, our teams came up with a new brand and design strategy. Through the latter, Qindle developed an encompassing logo, tone of voice and visual design resulting in a menu, packaging, as well as in and off- store communication.
